The employer may roster a part-time employee to work their guaranteed hours and any additional hours in accordance with clause 15.2—Part-time employees and clause 15.5—Rosters (Full-time and part-time employees). For the purposes of the NES, the base rate of pay of an employee receiving a Loaded Rate under Schedule I is the employee’s ordinary hourly rate and excludes any incentive-based payments, bonuses, loadings, monetary allowances, overtime and penalties.
